Quality control for tube lines

In order to comply with our clients' high standards, a diameter precision tolerance of a few 1/100 mm is self-understood for a BREYER extrusion line.

Laser measuring

Due to the highly precise laser measuring system, the tube diameter can be adjusted quickly and precisely. Combined with our diameter control, the adjustment is made automatically and thus becomes an indispensable quality assurance tool.
Another plus: tubes beyond the set tolerance are automatically removed by our selection conveyor and thus guarantee a smooth production.
